Available conference papers can be downloaded - see updated program - select [PDF] links to download papers.
If you gave a presentation but have not yet submitted a paper, you still have a chance to have your paper included in the proceedings. Please send your paper electronically in Word, RTF, or PDF format by October 10, 2006, to t2s2006@pubpolicy.gatech.edu.
Paper presenters are requested to submit an electronic copy of their paper – please do this now, if you have not yet done so. See frequently asked questions for more information about how to submit your paper. Session chairs are asked to notify all session participants and to remind them about the registration and paper submission timelines.
