| Overview |
The Center for Nanotechnology in Society
(CNS-ASU) is a national initiative sponsored by the National Science
Foundation to develop a program of real-time technology assessment in
nanoscale science and engineering (NSE). CNS-ASU is a
multi-organizational network, led by Arizona State University and
involving several other US universities, including Georgia Tech and its
Technology
Policy and Assessment Center (TPAC). STIP associates are focused on work related to "Research and Innovation Systems Assessment" - research to characterize the technical scope and dynamics of the NSE enterprise. Other TPAC associates are focusing on "Public Value Mapping" and "Deliberation and Participation" (select for more details on TPAC web site) |
