The seminar will
focus on issues of technology adoption and deployment for small and mid-sized manufacturers and examine the rationale for policy intervention, through industrial extension and similar programs.

We will consider
program operations and best practices of industrial modernization programs in the United States and other countries and examine methods for evaluating outcomes and results.
