Dr. Philip Shapira is an Associate Professor in the School of Public Policy at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, USA, and a Visiting Researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute for Innovations and Systems Research in Karlsruhe, Germany. He co-directs the Georgia Tech Policy Project on Industrial Modernization.
